My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really nice stay. The services were excellent, including varied and gorgeous breakfasts and free parking if needed. We also had the opportunity to use the wake-up service at no cost.

The hotel was well-appointed and quirky and in a central location close enough to the center, all the best of Leamington Spa and a crossroads. We booked double room that was complete with toiletries, good coffee, as example as advertised.

Easy base for travelling to Leamington Spa and exploring local places. Neat unit with a very special decor. Marvellous and peaceful location to Victoria Park.

Convenient on-site parking and a generally welcoming and amiable staff 😊.

The continental breakfast here with fruit, blueberries, and toast is the best part.

The location is perfect, just off the shopping center, and the room is nicely equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a writing table.

Place was fairly clean, everything was really good. The room was extremely pleasant, brand-new, it had an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. It offered a varied continental breakfast for the hot food. The hotel's location was excellent, near Leamington's many restaurants, the town centre and all the attractions and the shops and restaurants.

This place is fantastic with incredibly pleasant staff at the reception desk, a comfortable room with a very comfy bed, and an immaculately clean bathroom.

No minibar, no water in the room, tap water undrinkable. So if you come late from business, you should bring a bottle of water with you on the way.

The heating sometimes did not turn on or could not be regulated properly, bedside lamps too high or too weak

The place was beautiful and great for shopping. The breakfast was gorgeous, and I loved the generous servings of coffee, orange juice, and strawberries. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I had a really good stay.
